The Power of the Invisible Church (Accessing and Activating the Spiritual Resources of the Church)

Research shows that all organizations, including churches, are held together, not through physical resources and assets, but through beliefs, identity, mission, and values. These invisible spiritual resources are essential to the health and effectiveness of any organization. Sadly, the agenda of our churches today are often driven by the demands of visible assets and invisible mission-less motives, leaving little energy for leaders to nurture the life-giving spiritual resources the give power to the church. This class will explore ways for church leaders to form and activate a creative, dynamic, mission-oriented congregation.
